About Sabrina

Sabrina is a passionate cake designer who strives for perfection on everything she undertakes. Having studied at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, Sabrina has mastered the art of baking and presenting an original edible work of art. Sabrina appeared on Wedding Cake Wars, a feature show on WeTV in the fall of 2009, where she had eight hours to create her seven tier Thai Wedding Cake. A firm believer of giving back to the community, Sabrina is a supporter of Wish Upon A Wedding, which provides weddings and vow renewals to couples facing terminal illness or other serious life-altering circumstances, regardless of sexual orientation.Sabrina, a mother of three, is not new to the world of creativity. Formerly a professional concert violinist of national and international repute she is a graduate of the Juilliard and Yale Schools of Music. Sabrina garnered several honors and awards on both violin and viola. She was one of the pioneers in new music for 5-string electric violin and produced several CDs showcasing her talent.She now takes her appreciation for the arts to another level. The launching of her Signature Line of Art Gallery Cookies features known and unknown artists and their works. This provides the unique opportunity for the sugar and art world to merge, thus promoting these artists in a whole new delicious world.

Q. Where are you located?A. The new shop is located at 1181 Sussex Turnpike, Bldg B in Randolph, NJ. Please note that appointments are necessary and a cake dream is not open for retail. For directions, please click here.Q. How much notice is required to place an order?A. A minimum of two weeks notice is required. However, sometimes last minute orders can be accomodated, so contact a cake dream to inquire. You never know! Q. Is a deposit required when placing an order?A. In order to reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit when ordering. The balance is due in full at time of delivery or pick up. Q. What are your prices for wedding and celebration cakes?A. Prices vary according to flavor, size, and intricacy of design. I believe that a cake is a cake, no matter what the occasion, and that there should be no price difference, I do not charge differently for wedding cakes. Standard cake flavors and fillings start at $4.00/serving for Buttercream and $4.50/serving for Fondant. Gourmet flavor combinations start at $4.50/serving for Buttercream and $5.00/serving for Fondant. The average price is $7/serving. Q. Do you offer taste testings?A. Yes. There is a $25 charge for the taste testing, which includes a variety of three cake flavors and three fillings. Flavors are determined by what iis on order for that week. The amount will be applied towards orders over $150. Contact a cake dream for more information. Q. Do you make cupcakes?A. Absolutely! Any cake flavor can be replicated in cupcake. Prices start at $24/dozen for standard flavors. Don’t forget that prices vary based on flavor and design. Q. Do you have an online store?A. Absolutely! The Art Gallery Cookies are available for purchase at www..artgallerycookies.com and can be shipped worldwide with a couple of clicks on the computer! Q. Do you make custom cookies?A. Absolutely! In addition, I offer Corporate Logo Cookies, Photo Cookies, and Promotional Event Cookies. Contact a cake dream for more information. Q. Do you offer classes?A. There are a variety of cookie designs that you can choose to hand out as party favors. a cake dream also offers a specialty Cookie Art Goody Bag which is perfect for any themed party. Please contact a cake dream for more information. Q. Are you nut free, Gluten-Free, or Kosher?A. Yes, I am nut free. I also offer Gluten-Free, Vegan, Casein-Free, and Kosher style. Q. Do you deliver only wedding cakes?A. No, I can deliver any order. Delivery is free within Randolph Township. Beyond that, delivery fees begin at $25 and are subject to change according to distance and set up time. Q. Can you ship cakes or cookies?A. Cookies can be shipped anywhere worldwide for an additional charge. Or you can visit the online store to order Art Gallery Cookies. However, a cake dream does not ship cakes. Q. What methods of payment do you accept?A. Payment is accepted in the form of cash or check.
